No, we complement your standard Anaplan platform support with our model/solution-focused support which Anaplan doesn't deliver by default.
Do we need to have our own Anaplanner so you can effectively support us?
Having at least one Anaplan champion on the inside is always a good idea, but If you're a mid-market or growth company and don't have massive Anaplan landscape, we can effectively outsource the larger part of Anaplan support for you.

Sure. The overwhelming majority of Anaplan partners are project delivery partners focused on Anaplan implementations rather than ongoing professional support. We can effectively complement your existing Anaplan delivery partner(s) of choice, allowing them to focus on what they do best while you receive premium support from Valuemont.
Can Valuemont help us establish an Anaplan Center of Excellence?
We don’t currently have a dedicated end-to-end Anaplan CoE establishment service in our portfolio, but with years of practical Anaplan CoE experience under our belt, we can certainly advise you on best practices and how-to’s.

We have extensive experience supporting enterprise Anaplan customers and continue to work with several today. However, because our current focus is on mid‑market and growth customers, we now handle enterprise engagements on a case‑by‑case basis.

Can Valuemont deliver a full-scale Anaplan delivery project for us?
Our primary focus is providing expert Anaplan customer support rather than project delivery. We can take on full-scale Anaplan implementations on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding that we are unlikely to participate in open bidding or other tender processes for Anaplan project delivery. We will also most likely respectfully decline a delivery engagement offer if we believe Anaplan is not the right platform for the job.
